I find the PTT BAR on the screen to be clumsy. It is not in a natural location for one hand operation. I would like to see a user selected option to assign the VOLUME UP or DOWN button as the PTT button. The VOLUME UP button works with the Camera to snap a photo, so it could be assigned to other functions besides just Volume. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ayuda urgente *2020-05-11, version 5.4.0* Quien me ayuda a ingresar me pide usuario contraseña y algo que se llama BUID y URL no se que se coloca en esos dos espacios alguien me puede ayudar? ### 1/5 — App good. Some usability suggestions. *2016-10-19, version 4.4.0* One less device now. Works mostly... pretty well. Call quality good. Suggestions/requests: 1. Please add a setting to sort the in-app contact list by last name. 2. Please add the ability to export/save (and import/restore) the in-app contact list to survive phone loss or upgrade or app reinstall. 3. Stop relying on app being "running" to work. Other apps don't require this. App quits itself sometimes 2-3 times a day. I must manually restart app to receive PTT calls. 4. STOP SIGNING ME OUT!!! I don't have another device, and I'm not signing in using another device. Then I have to fill in 4 fields to sign back in every time. This happens 2-3 times a week. The app's bugs, irritations, and deficiencies far outweigh its usefulness. 1 star for irritation. I have tried multiple times to contact developers. Response: Your input is not needed. I believe it is. As a developer, I'd be embarrassed if this was mine. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2016-03-07, version 4.2.0* Always has service restricted even with wifi Poor reception Cost is too high for the service you get Get a LINC and scrap the app Don't waste ur money ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2016-11-03, version 4.4.0* Well, when you leave the app open and your phone active, it works well and sounds clear. But if you lock your screen, check your email, etc. you will receive the annoying pop up declaring that you have force closed the app, and can no longer receive incoming ptt calls. And there doesn't seem to be anything you can do about it. Very disappointing. Having to use the PTT button on the screen rather than a physical button is annoying too, but a minor gripe compared to the force close issue. ### 2/5 — needs improvement *2014-11-02, version 1.1.1* good concept but needs improvement. lots of crashes and errors. cuts off in the middle of conversations. wouldn't recommend this app until fixed or updated. ### 3/5 — Few more suggestions *2016-02-16, version 4.1.1* 1. However I do not like the new layout. The previous app layout could be operated from recent to setting to contact with one hand. For us right handed people it's difficult to reach to menu button in the upper left then select from the menu. Also quick menu buttons were handy at the bottom and it was quicker to operate. This app was a great idea so I don't have to carry 2 phones now. My rating is based on the layout changes. ### 3/5 — Good app but needs updating *2014-10-20, version 1.1.1* I have enjoyed this app as it eliminates the need to carry my iPhone and also a Southern Linc radio. My only complaint is that it needs some updating. I had to get a new phone and it worked flawlessly on my iPhone 5. I now have an iPhone 6 and I can't carry on a radio conversation with co-workers without having to "X" out of our convo and then start it up again after every transmission. ### 3/5 — Good app - pretty buggy *2014-05-16, version 1.1.1* I'm glad the app is there but it's pretty buggy. Lots of crashes and errors. Update - goes into vibrate mode and won't come our. The latest update corrected the issues that were causing problems. Now it beeps just like PTT did on my prior phone. Works better then the device. ### 4/5 — Buena *2019-04-18, version 5.4.0* La aplicación hasta el momento ha servido bien, hay que llamar a Avantel para unos ajustes y en configuración activar algunos parámetros de sonido y vibración pues vienen bajos por defecto.
