I forgot my password and now it won’t let me sign into my account.   Terrible

After several flights overseas I have come to enjoy reading my mbr mags digital editions. Well today I found that my iPad app no longer has those subscriptions downloaded. And I cannot log in to download them again. 

The app has an authentication bug.
