### 1/5 — An app is supposed to be user friendly on a smart phone

To whom it may concern, please set the parameters on the Mountain Lodge iPhone app to make it more user friendly for iPhone users. It is very frustrating to not be able to do simple things like enter the account password. I don’t know what the app can do because I cannot access it. 
My name is Mark Cheadle and would love to chat with the developers or someone on the HOA who can help make this app useful.
