Opting for online/Digital fee free source banking. ### 4/5 — Slow, arcane, confusing & sloppy *2020-02-27* Maybe you work someplace where the IT guys can’t ever be found, will blow you off, ridicule your computer IQ, or make serious blunders on a regular basis that cost immense amounts of time, money, and effort. Use of this app will remind you of why, in general, IT workers are considered to be arrogant, lazy, indifferent and/or stupid. Go ahead, use the “bill pay” feature: you’ll find yourself wishing for some way to navigate through a Byzantine quagmire of functions that require the customer of an otherwise customer service-oriented bank to adjust their goals and behavior to meet it’s pitfalls & shortcomings. Then watch as your deposits and debits miraculously come and go from your account without any particle sense of chronology, sequence, rhyme or reason. Let me be clear: This bank only has three branches and their branch employees are great. If it wasn’t for that fact, the Mountain Pacific Bank app alone would be reason enough to take your chances with some mercenary, rip-off megabank like BoA, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank or Keybank.
