### 5/5 — Worth every penny!

*2012-08-09*

Nominally for people new to the Great Outdoors but this app contains so much extra info ( from club moss to whisky!) that it's worth getting for more experienced walkers too. I used it in the Lakes and Ben Nevis this summer and loved it. Overviews of major routes lead to clear and detailed step-by-step guides that can be reversed from ascent to descent. Nifty (even if in dodgy weather you're not likely to keep looking at your phone). Good to see that 10% goes to Mountain Rescue too: the app has clearly been produced with care and it's worth every penny!

### 4/5 — mountain steps

*2012-04-14*

Nice app. Wish it had more pictures.
The update containign new routes for Pen-y-Fan and Cadair Idris proves they are comitted to supporting and upgrading this app. Thank you. Well done :)

### 5/5 — A real gem!

*2011-10-16*

It’s lucky this app has plenty of pictures as it seems some reviewers just can’t read! The content is clearly listed in bullet points and as an inexperienced hill walker it’s just what I was looking for. It has simple advice on clothing and the articles on navigation were so easy to understand. Direct Route up Scaffell Pike was great fun and I can’t wait to try the others. I showed my Dad and he loved the stuff about the plants.

### 1/5 — Waste of £3.99

*2011-10-05*

This has to be one of the biggest app marketing frauds I have encountered.
It is advertised as UK yet contains only 3 peaks very little in Scotland and none in Ireland north (or south) so let's lose the UK bit. I kept thinking that it had not downloaded properly as the content is minimal and if it was a free app I would have deleted it straightaway.
Absolutely useless save your money as it is not as advertised and I feel totally ripped of.

### 1/5 — NOT MUCH USE - better off Googling

*2011-09-17*

I didn't think much to this app. I went to do one of the walks and to be honest got more out of the internet than this app. I wold expect a lot more, like guidance to the walks, routes, maps, tips, maybe even GPS location on route. Just didn't find it any more useful than doing my own research. Not worth the price tag. Avoid.

### 4/5 — Great value app

*2011-09-16*

Especially good for beginners or those not familiar with the big three UK mountains. Does feel a bit text heavy and 'booky' but its well written. Don't know why ppl complain it's only three mountains - it clearly says that in the description! I'd happily pay more for additional mountains/routes.

### 2/5 — Not good...

*2011-09-07*

Pretty terrible app really!! Only has three peaks included (Ben Nevis, scafell pike and snowdon) was sorta hoping for a guide/Map to the Scottish munros and corbets!!
The information included in this app I already knew before purchase.

### 5/5 — Inspiring!

*2011-09-07*

Trying to lose weight and struggling with motivation. Great app! Now want to do Snowdon next summer! Wish me luck!

### 5/5 — I Love It!

*2011-09-07*

I love it! It does what it says it does! Went up the Pyg track, down Llanberis Path and took the bus back. The routes are easy to use and the mapping let me know I was always on track. Can't wait to go again!

### 3/5 — Ok

*2011-09-03*

Basically a book redacted to phone app - lots of text. Only has routes for 3 mountains, but good route intel for them. Other basic book content on safety, wildlife etc
