I never write reviews literally ever, but this app has been unreliable. I open the app, it shows the logo, and then just the background of trees. Doesn’t load my login info. I haven’t been able to see my bank account info since the last app update. Please fix this.

I never write reviews for apps, but this one is so terrible that it warrants it. 75% of the time when I go to check my balances, I get errors saying I can’t check my accounts. Sometimes the errors don’t clear after a couple of days, or if I change WiFi/cellular connections, and I just have to wait. Why do I even bother? I’m gonna just go back to pen and paper to keep track of everything because this might be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Does it get updated? Is anyone working on it? Apparently not, because it just straight up does not work most of the time.

My husband’s debit card was compromised, he went into the bank and had a card reissued.  However the card does not appear on the Dashboard the old one is still there stating stolen, but not the new one?   Trying to figure out how to put the new one on the Dashboard is impossible!

I really dislike the fact that the app stops updating at night.  I’ve deposited electronically several hundred dollars into my account and the app will not update to show the deposits.  I feel that, in this day and age, we should be able to see automatic updates.
