Things are also mislabeled (ie. Africa things are showing as in Pandora) Now with all the changes happening in the parks it needs a massive update. A lot of things are gone & new things have replaced it. Other than that I love the app and checking things off as I go or trying the challenges that are possible to do. ### 4/5 — Good Idea, Needs a Few Changes in my Opinion *2026-03-26* I really like the idea of the app, it's something I've been looking for. I think the subscriptions a fair price. One thing I'd like to see is a proper iPad app, it's really rare these days to have an app only optimized for the iPhone. The other thing I'd like to see is seasonal attractions (ie Jingle Cruise) and someway to account for closed rides, what happens when a ride is closed? I downloaded it and filled it out for the data - free trial lasted 3 days and then it asks for a subscription. Staying at a resort should qualify as being done. I don’t want to have to go to every single movie night, etc. that feels excessive. It’s way more of a pain then needed because things don’t load half the time and when I try to click on something to remind myself what it is nothing happens. If it worked properly would consider paying for it. The app is four years old and still runs like beta. ### 2/5 — Slow and Glitchy *2025-08-16* The app is fun, but it takes forever to add accomplishments because of how slow the app is. I had gone through and added everything earlier this week and when I reopened the app today it made me sign up again. It didn’t save any of my information, so now I have to start over? If those bugs could be fixed and they didn’t require you to do every little thing at a resort to consider it complete, this would be a 5 star app for me. Sorry you had challenges getting into the app and with speed. The Lagging issues are resolved and you should have smooth sailing! We’re evaluating the login challenge you had, but if you used the app and had progress under a specific email address, it’s all saved. All you have to do is reset your password, log back in, and you should be all set to see your previous progress. On the resort side, we are moving some of those smaller items to a new category called “extras” in a future release! When I open the app, it takes over 15 seconds just for the screen to load.
