## What is Mouthful?

Say it out loud. That is the whole app.

"bake a cake, buy eggs, remind me tomorrow, eggs before then"

Four seconds of talking. Three tasks, dated, reminder attached. You did not have to be organized, or tidy, or even make sense.

WHY THIS EXISTS

You think of things at the worst moments. Walking. Driving. Halfway through something else. And writing it down means stopping, unlocking your phone, finding the app, tapping a plus, typing, picking a date off a wheel.

So you do not. And then it is gone.

Every other to-do app assumes you will sit down and enter things properly. Some people do. If you are one of them, you probably do not need this.

A lot of the people who use Mouthful have ADHD. That was not planned. It is just who kept turning up with the same problem.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO

Hold the button and talk. Let go, and it is saved.

Say four things at once. Say them out of order. Bury the date in the middle of a sentence. It works out what is a task, what has a date, and what needs to nag you.

THE DAILY DUMP

Once a day, put it all down in one go. One minute, no structure, no editing. Everything you are carrying, out of your head and into a list.

Some people do it in the morning to plan. Some do it at night to stop thinking.

ALSO IN HERE

Reminders that keep nagging until the thing is actually done.
A home screen widget, so your next few things are one glance away.
Type instead, whenever talking is not an option.

Free to start. Nothing to set up.

### 5/5 — Actually fast voice notes

*2026-08-26*

What can I say? This app is genuinely just fast and seamless. Like whenever I’m in between meetings even just walking I can just whip it out and just say whatever I want and it gets loaded down put his notes put a tasks instantly and even if I mess up if I’m like “remind me at 5 Err aa actually 7,” doesn’t matter. It just sets the task for seven.
Having the widget on my home screen actually reminds me to just capture things whenever I see my phone and then I stop forgetting things as much.

### 5/5 — The only one that works

*2026-03-20*

Really really clean yu and actually way better for work flow than all the other to do lists out there. Hella nice feature.

-Improved smart reminders:
Meetings/Events = Start time
To-dos, assignments, and work = Due date

### 1.5.2 — 2026-08-27

TaskSync is now Mouthful.

Same app, same account, same tasks. Nothing was lost.

The old name was too close to another app in the store, and "sync" described the part almost nobody used. Mouthful is what it actually does: you say a mouthful, it sorts it out.

TALKING IS THE WHOLE APP NOW

Hold the button and talk. Let go, and it's saved.

You don't have to say one thing at a time, and you don't have to say it cleanly. Say four things at once, out of order, with the date buried in the middle of a sentence. It works out what's a task, what's got a date, and what needs to nag you.

If you need both hands, slide up while you're holding and it keeps going.

ONE SCREEN

Three tabs became one. Your list is the app now. The calendar is still there, tucked into the menu at the top, if you want it.

FIXED

The calendar crash is gone. Resizing events by dragging is switched off for now, which is what was causing it. You can still drag events to move them.

The app also tells you when there's a newer version, instead of you finding out weeks later.

If you haven't opened this in a while, try one thing: hold the button and say whatever's in your head.

New: the Daily Dump.

One minute a day. Start the timer, say everything on your mind — assignments, errands, half-formed thoughts, all of it — and watch the chaos become a clean, organized plan. Come back tomorrow to grow your streak and earn coins.

• Daily Dump — a one-minute ritual that turns your rambling into a plan
• A smarter assistant — better with big plans, busy weeks, and follow-ups
• Streaks that reward actually doing, not just showing up
• Sharper, smoother, and more polished across the whole app

The messier, the better. Less chaos, more done.
