## What is MOVAhome?

The MOVAHome APP is a professional cleaning management tool developed for the MOVA brand intelligent sweeping robot. By connecting to the MOVA sweeping robot through the MOVAHome app, remote control of the sweeping robot can be achieved, and personalized management of cleaning space and time settings can be achieved, allowing you to control your home floor cleaning anytime, anywhere. Not bad but wish it didn't disconnect as much as it does on the app when checking. Also the 1.2" trimming is way to far down in the grass. It shows an actual border. Can we get the to come up to 2" then I can use it all the time.

Create account. I have an account. Make an account. You don’t have an account. But I do have an account. I was in it previously.  Provide a security code. It never comes. Literally unusable. And no, I’m happy to give you an email address - but no you don’t need my phone number.

Impossible to set no go areas because the app doesn’t accurately map our two bedroom apartment. Impossible to adjust the map. Only use the app to start vacuuming and set suction strength. It’s lucky the vacuum is so good because the app is hopeless.

TL;DR: app and robot vacuum are pretty disappointing

Sign up/onboarding was a disaster. 
They disallow emails using plus (+) so if you use Gmail aliases, you cannot with this app. They require you to have a complex password but force you to keep it short without any UX indication so I kept trying with a generic invalid indicator. Default Apple generated ones don’t work so it increases sign up friction. 

Their robot spec wise are amazing value especially compared to my existing Roborock. Too bad the software is junk.

UI buttons use faded colors giving off the appearance of a disabled button. Doesn’t have scheduled zone clean up/routines like Roborock. Doesn’t seem to drain the washboard on its own. Overall experience is pretty poor.
