## What is MOVD?

MOVD makes staying active more social.

Whether you're hitting the gym, going for a run, getting your steps in, or just trying to move more, MOVD gives you a place to stay connected and accountable with the people around you.

MOVE WITH YOUR CREW

Create private crews for your friends, family, teammates, or anyone you want to stay active with.

TAKE ON CHALLENGES

Set fitness goals, track your progress, and work toward something together. Some challenges are about competing. Others are about making sure everyone shows up.

CALL OUT YOUR FRIENDS

Send spontaneous fitness Callouts like push-ups, squats, planks, steps, runs, and more. Accept it, complete it, and keep the challenge going.

SHARE YOUR MOVES

Share your fitness activity with friends and see what your crew has been up to. React, comment, encourage each other, and celebrate showing up.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Keep up with your activity, workouts, streaks, and goals while seeing how you're progressing over time.

MOVD+

Unlock additional features with MOVD+, including expanded fitness tools, advanced challenges, additional customization, and deeper insights.

MOVD isn't about being the fittest person in the room. It's about showing up, moving more, and having people around you who make it more fun.
