However, the setup isn’t necessarily straight forward and I haven’t figured out how to game access to the IOS app version. It says it requires an invitation and I find that a little frustrating because if it’s a public app then shouldn’t it be open for the public? Unless it’s a beta which I still wouldn’t quite understand why it would be open to the public if it’s only allowed to be used by selected candidates. I’m just looking for answers that’s all. I hope you folks have a good day ### 2/5 — Needs to fix its sign in *2025-06-16* I've seen footage of Move being good and all of that but the real thing I’m mad about is I can't even sign in! The author of this better reply and fix this. ### 3/5 — Too pricey! *2025-06-02* While I love how accurate it is compared to other softwares. I wish its monthly subscription gave you more credits. Like 30 a month would be great and then if I needed more I can pay more. However 8 minutes for 35 bucks. Downside is that you can’t trim video before uploading so there’s a lot of pointless motion capture being recorded after you are done with the desired scene. This matters because the unwanted parts of the video cost you credits. Unfair with the credit limit because of this. ### 3/5 — Where is the delete gallery button? *2024-07-11* ? ### 1/5 — Stole money *2023-12-08, version 1.5.1* Worked well initially but I bought a subscription when it told me I had no more free process credits and now that I’ve paid it again refuses to process, telling me I need a subscription. I hit the button that reads “I’ve already subscribed” but the prompt refused to disappear and the app refuses to process my requests. Where’s my twenty bucks? It was charged to my account. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Money taken service not provided SCAM?? *2026-06-13* I downloaded this app, recorded video, it said i needed tokens, i paid for tokens and it continued to say i needed tokens. I reached out to support and I received an automated response with a ticket, and have never heard back from Move AI. I feel like i got scammed. Please not that there hasn’t been any reviews it quite some time. I think all negative reviews are being hidden by apple. Update, I never heard back from the company, even though I wrote several tickets requesting service to be activated or money refunded. After disputing it with my credit card they eventually ruled in my favor. They said they were going to reach out to the company, but I have no idea if they’ve reached out to them or got through to them or maybe they just never heard back from them and refunded my money. Since no one from the company has even responded to this post it’s extremely suspicious. I noticed on their YouTube page if they are posting videos daily all without sound and just video used to capture in the captured motion. It is my personal opinion that this company is a scam. No further advice given. ### 1/5 — Bugged *2025-12-18* App is bugged out, after signing in it asks me to log in again, if I do it opens a web page that closes instantly, I am basically stuck outside the app. ### 1/5 — Subscription fraud *2025-02-08, version 1.14.4* I payed over $30 for a month of credits in the subscription. The app said “something went wrong” then charged me anyway. It didn’t give me any credits but Apple says I’m subscribed. Don’t give this fraud your money. They also don’t have any restore purchase section. ### 1/5 — Credits don’t roll over *2025-01-02* The money you pay doesn’t roll over to the next month, very dumb ### 1/5 — They lost my subscription account *2024-12-23, version 1.14.4* They lost my account, I can sign in without an error and they are happy too still charge for it. Please add importing models.(dev pls respond) ### 5/5 — Needs a better model *2024-11-11* The app is very great and the most accurate app I’ve used, the only think I wish is we had a more human looking model with human hands because when exporting it onto another model the hands take the shape of the robot. And they don’t animate. Better hand tracking would make this the perfect app! ### 5/5 — Fenomenal *2024-04-09* This app is incredible. Does exactly what it says and it does it well. You get 30 seconds free to try it out and its worth it. Buying more credits is quick and easy, I got the £15 option and it gives you 180 more seconds to use immediately. The interface is clean, simple and responsive. Using the front camera you are able to see that you’re still in frame. It only takes minutes to process the video and the export options are great, fbx and blend files are the first options. The files themselves are a little messy when you open them but still very well done. It doesn’t track fingers and is a bit clunky with the head (no facial) but the source video is also downloadable. Being able to upload your own video would be a good future addition because I do have to do several takes before I’m ready to process it. But other than that it’s stellar. Way cheaper and so much easier than alternatives out there and all you need is a tripod. Well done to the people who work on this you’re doing great stuff. ### 5/5 — Move AI is FANTASTIC: Here’s Why *2024-03-25* I had been looking for a mocap tool for almost two years. Mocap suits are expensive and a lot of the tools out there that would capture motion were very glitchy and not accurate. Especially when it comes to recording the hands and feet… But the first time I used Move, I was blown away, truly. The data it captured was ACCURATE, it even captured the data on my fingers which I was not expecting it to do. It is now my only choice for mocap recording, I would not use any other service.
