This app is seriously one of the best fitness and nutrition apps I have ever used! The recipes on there are so delicious and so easy to follow. I love that she attaches her videos to the recipes so I can just watch for an easy copy. And I love that I get new workouts every four weeks and that the abstracts my progress for each exercise so I can easily progressive overload. It’s very challenging and keeps me on track without having to figure out the formula myself! Can’t recommend this app enough!
