Do NOT download it! Firstly, I couldn’t spend any of the money I topped up with as there was nowhere I could use the app… and now I am unable to get the money refunded. There are no contact or support details anywhere… Terrible terrible service - and probably a scam - but if the app team see this, then please fix your refund option and allow people to get their money back! ### 1/5 — Refunds don’t work!! *2022-06-15, version 1.5.1* Staff at the venue tell you that any funds you don’t use can be refunded, but this feature does not work in the app. Total scam. ### 1/5 — Unable to retrieve funds *2022-06-14, version 1.5.1* Have been unable to retrieve funds despite assurance.
