I would rate this app zero if I could. Do NOT download it! Firstly, I couldn’t spend any of the money I topped up with as there was nowhere I could use the app… and now I am unable to get the money refunded. There are no contact or support details anywhere… Terrible terrible service - and probably a scam - but if the app team see this, then please fix your refund option and allow people to get their money back!

Staff at the venue tell you that any funds you don’t use can be refunded, but this feature does not work in the app. Total scam.

App fills you with confidence that money can be retrieved which is a lie. Any funds on the app cannot be retrieved with no point of escalation. Currently have €24 on the app with no means off refund and a way to use them

Does not work at all. American phone numbers are labeled as illegal sender addresses so you cant set up an account
