## What is Move · Earn your scroll?

Move turns compulsive scrolling into physical movement. Simple: choose the apps that steal your time — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube — set an exercise, and unlock them only after you move.

How it works:
1. Pick an app you want to control
2. Set a simple rule (e.g. 10 squats)
3. When you want to use the app, do the exercise
4. Get temporary access (10-120 minutes)

It's not a fitness app. It's not a productivity app.
It's a personal tool that puts a healthy barrier between you and the scroll reflex. No pressure, no guilt — just a moment of movement before opening what distracts you.

Free: 1 protected app, push-ups, basic stats.
Move Pro: unlimited apps, push-ups/squats/plank, unlimited rules, extended stats.

Move uses Apple's Screen Time API to protect the apps you choose. It doesn't control your whole phone — only what you select. Change or stop anytime.
