## What is Move Evidence?

Move Evidence is a simple move-in and move-out inspection checklist for renters. Walk through your apartment or house room by room, mark each room Good or Issue, add notes and photos, and export a dated PDF report you can keep or send.

WHY RENTERS USE IT
• Record the condition of every room before you move in
• Photograph scuffs, cracks, stains and damage with notes
• Repeat the walkthrough at move-out or mid-lease
• Share one clean PDF report by email, message or Files

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start an inspection and choose move-in, move-out or mid-term
2. Pick the rooms: entry, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry, outdoor
3. For each room set the condition, write notes and add photos
4. Preview the PDF report and share it

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no sign-up. Your inspections and photos stay on your iPhone.

Move Evidence is documentation software. It does not provide legal advice, certify evidence, decide responsibility or guarantee a security deposit outcome.
