I cannot login at all. There is no Move It Device in my Bluetooth settings to pair with. What can I do? Is this app even still supported? It says updated like a month ago but when you click contact support nothing opens. I was thinking of buying the boxing gloves by them but if this is the app then no thanks. ### 1/5 — Cellular Data only *2020-09-06, version 2.2.81* This product doesn’t work with WiFi and requires cellular data to work, including after login. Not only does it not show this as errors for why network connection doesn’t work, it also requires it for downloading workouts and anytime you use it. Many features show “coming soon”. Shame as the punching bag is decent enough. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2020-08-30, version 2.2.81* This App doesn’t even work in US. And they provide zero support. Was able to sign in one time. Haven’t been able to replicate that effort. It is impossible to get in touch with any one so if you haven't purchased yet DONT!!!! I was able to set my Bluetooth up the first day I purchased it. And since then Bluetooth is not recognizable and says there's an network error. Obviously used Google translate which shows. On top of that, the UI is poorly designed. And when you purchase their products, they don’t tell you that you’ll also need to pay a subscription fee for “VIP” workouts. Bought the dumbbells, gym, and punching bag. It’s mix smart and workout, so attractive and very easy to assembly. However, after receiving this smart dumbbell as a gift and using it for some time, I was surprised how fun working out can be! The app has a large selection of free and paid programs, and allows you to log in your weight to keep track of your fitness goal. I have no trouble following along for the most part, but I feel some exercises do require some dance background to get that perfect score. ### 5/5 — The ball can be adjustable *2020-02-01* My kid loves the reflex bag so much. The ball can be adjustable according to your height.
