I’ve always done your workouts on my laptop & was worried I wouldn’t like it only on my phone. But the sound is so much better! App is so easy to navigate. Overwhelming how much there is on offer when you see it all there! Design is beautiful. Loving it x

Love  the MIM app! It is so easy to  navigate and use, as well as being bright and cheery. I can choose what I’m feeling my body and mind needs each day. It’s a value for money app. 
Best of all I can still say thank you after each workout! 
Can’t get better than that!

Move it Mama is a standout service providing solutions without barriers to mums looking to get their sparkle back (and keep it) Lisa, Jess and the girls are like besties keeping you on track and motivated to move (and up to date on what’s what). And now the app is set to take you to the next level. Goodbye socials - all I need is the move it mama app!! (Also it’s ridiculously good value for money!!)
