Nothing in their description in the App Store, or in their app indicates what area they serve. This would be helpful information to have when looking for a service like this. ### 1/5 — Worst service EVER *2023-11-07* After using them one previous time successfully, I decided to book with this company again. Big mistake. Not only did they arrive 2 hours late, they came with no tools or equipment to move my belongings. They claim the service will come with a pro mover and a muscle. Both men had no experience. They came with a truck that was too small. They complained the entire time. They took incredibly long and we’re extremely unprofessional. Reaching out to customer service was a nightmare. They were unhelpful and did not reply until after my service was done even though I consistently was asking for help during the service. Their website promises satisfaction and professional service. 2 lies. Absolutely horrific experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ### 3/5 — App hot garbage - Service great/great idea *2022-04-22* This app is a hot wet mess. It’s beta at best, and has not even gone through basic QA. I will say it’s functional, but only barely. You can’t make changes nor can the movers once they have accepted a job. So you have to contact support to remove one guy, so it frees up the spot to find another helper. Would benefit from some gui/spatial changes to make it more user friendly and/or less intimidating overall. Visionary/executive/owner/coach?: Storyboard the entire application with branches of what goes to what storyboard. Then look at all your storyboards and redesign to cut the storyboards in half at least. The idea is great, and has potential to grab a return and expanding customer base. You have to bring customer engagement down, simplify the order process. It needs to be as easy as Uber/Lyft. A metric to shoot for is easier than Ubereats, that app is still a convoluted mess in places to accommodate all the different restaurants and what have you. You’re defining the service/service level so you can trim and shape to simplify/make brainless easy. (AWS backend?) **Developer response:** Unfortunate when SPAM gets you, when you strive to have the best ratings possible ### 4/5 — Easy and convenient *2025-10-23, version 1.8.70* App was easy to navigate and it was a quick and easy move for what I needed. The movers were nice and respectful! The only feedback I have is the map on the app wasn’t accurate at all. The jobs are ALWAYS done professionally and by very sweet gentlemen. I’ve used them a dozen times and they have all been fast on time and excellent. I was in a short time crunch and slammed with work as well I drive a two door car & needed quite the load moved. Within 24 hours of downloading the app and placing my order all of the junk on the side of the house from my move was completely gone and taken care of. I would 100% recommend this to anyone for how reasonable the price was I would’ve thought it would have cost a fortune for something like that. 10/10 will tell all friends & family even my clients at work.
