Put proper info on website and not make people give up privacy to see service area or prices. **Developer response:** Hey, we would love to help. We are in the process of building a new website. Have a great day! ### 1/5 — Can’t register on app *2025-09-28* I can’t have a SMS code sent to my iPhone? I’ve tried several times, tried my settings in my phone. Sent a message through their website and they couldn’t help. ### 1/5 — I need to add 1$ to move the scooter… i have 13$ in my acount… why do i need to add money *2025-09-08* It dosent make sense… ### 1/5 — Can’t use them anymore and support sucks *2025-06-13* I have bonus credits but am unable to use them as they no longer operate where I am, unfortunately you can't get compensated either for it. And they don’t get used as you have to have 12 bucks to your wallet and they use your money first leaving the “bonus credits” to be unused. I wasn't a fan of this and voiced it and support lost all professionalism and I do not like that they have my number when they reacted like a junior high student to my email. Any comments about this on their social media will be deleted. At the end of my ride it charged me 10 dollars. A taxi or Uber would have been way cheaper and would’ve gotten farther from where I was for the same amount. Do not download if you don’t want to pay WAY TOO MUCH to ride a scooter. I don’t live there I won’t use it again. I rode it to the store and back and fell in love had so much fun and was so much better than walking!
