## What is MoveLock?

Earn your scroll. MoveLock turns yesterday’s exercise into today’s allowance for the apps you choose to limit.

Connect Strava or Apple Health. Yesterday’s moving time becomes today’s screen-time budget, plus a minimum you set so you are never fully locked out. When the allowance runs out, Apple Screen Time shields the apps you picked. Limits stay on even if you close MoveLock.

How it works

- Sign in with Apple and connect Strava or Apple Health.
- Choose which apps to limit.
- Move. Yesterday’s exercise funds today’s allowance.
- Add a buddy when you want someone else to hold the line.

What you get • A daily allowance based on yesterday’s exercise • A minimum allowance, weekly off-days, and an emergency override • Screen Time limits on the apps you select • Progress over 7, 30, and 90 days, with streaks and short insights • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, plus a Live Activity while an unlock window is open

Accountability buddies. They can approve extra time, settings changes, and removal of a protected app, so the limit is harder to undo when motivation dips. Start with a free trial. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region.

Your data stays yours. Buddies never see your Strava or Apple Health activity. Disconnect anytime.

MoveLock is a habit tool, not medical or fitness advice. Talk to a physician before changing how you train.

MoveLock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava or Apple.
