But man the app is frustrating. It makes the easy things hard and lacks basic features that I would want. It is terrible at separating year to year activity and will just mix together photos from all the years of Mo. It does let you easily share your page to donors, and is an essential tool If you are participating, but needs a revamp for sure. ### 3/5 — Can’t work out groups *2025-11-18, version 9.10.5* Four of us have tried to join a work group, but it seems impossible to see group members or set up links for each member to show on the company website ### 3/5 — Fitness connections not working *2025-03-05, version 9.2* Rocking version 9.2 - fitness tracking apps seem to have disappeared. Is this broken or removed? ### 4/5 — Just needs a tweak in the Mogress photo adding *2024-12-05* App is mostly great - there is a bug (or at least annoyance) with uploading Mogress photos and the main profile photo too (already taken ones from the photo library): they are too zoomed in, and there is no way I could see to zoom them out to where you want them to be. (Also, are Mogress photos visible on my web page? Maybe make them more prominent. Perhaps they could have the option to post to the Facebook fundraiser page too.) ### 2/5 — Could be simpler *2024-11-25* I’ve found the app difficult to use, this is the first year I’ve had the app for Movember, previously it was web based - much easier. There should be options to add stickers. Mo space allows you to add stickers and save but when you try and upload that picture as your main profile pic, it pops up zooomed in! It has been a week since my last activity update showed correctly, and the app constantly crashes or takes ages to load. Please fix this as soon as possible, or at least allow activity trackers to connect and sync through the website so progress can still be logged reliably. Thanks in advance. ### 1/5 — Poor performance *2025-11-05, version 9.10.2* I don’t know whether it’s the volume of people using the app but it’s seems to be forever buffing when I open the icon on my phone, then doesn’t load. The login on the apps and website is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve just reset my password AGAIN and within 10 seconds have been notified It’s appeared in a data leak. The apple health syncs are nice but they’re either duplicates or the dates are incorrectly imported. The UI is far from user friendly and the features throughout the app just need to be addressed. Things like adding pictures of your Mogress should not be cumbersome (even though the photographing in app is nice). Simple things like adding a grid to ensure I’m keeping my face in the same position would be nice.
