I can confidently say that using this app to learn the OS movement system has changed my life and the way I move for the better. Before learning OS, I had some pretty significant low back/ sciatic nerve pain that was constantly bothering me and getting in the way of my daily activities. After adopting “the MoveMentality” and taking lots of small movement breaks throughout my day, I feel better than I have in years!! App is so easy to follow, makes sense and really simplifies all of all the confusing fitness infomation that you find online. HIGHLY RECCOMEND !!
