Merge improvements

- Rotating your phone no longer stops a merge — the film keeps rendering while you turn the device.
- The estimated size of the merged film now shows as you add clips, with a heads-up before it exceeds WhatsApp's 2 GB sending limit.
- You can now add more than 50 clips to a merge — the estimated size is the only limit.

Add background music to a merged film:

- Pick any audio file you already have — the Files picker opens straight to
  the app's Music folder, or choose a track that's already there.
- The music plays under your clips' own sound (kept by default), looped to
  the length of the film and faded in and out. A slider sets the music
  level, and you can mute the original sound to let the music carry the film.
- The opening title now credits the track's name and artist.

The Analyze tab is easier to read:

- Every graph now shows the real time of day (hh:mm:ss) on its time
  axis and the y-axis scale value, so any moment of the ride can be
  placed on the clock and any peak read as a number.
- Pitch (violet) and roll (magenta) have their own colors and a legend
  right in the chart.
- Analysis results are saved on the device: re-opening a ride loads
  instantly, even after restarting the app.

Rides recorded on the iPhone (no Apple Watch needed) now appear in the
Rides tab and draw on the map, coloured by speed — open a ride to see the
track, top speed, and distance. Use the Phone logger to record: it
captures GPS plus motion, and the GPS tab is now a clean live readout.

Also includes the Analyze tab: on-device analysis of a recorded ride.
See how each moment was spent — paddling/pumping vs gliding on foil vs
waiting — as a per-second mode strip, alongside stroke cadence, board
pitch/roll and GPS speed. Pinch to zoom into any stretch of a long
session.
