Describe the job and your dream team you are trying to build send it to us and wait. Our matching algorithm is going to match you with different workers who needs you. Once matched, you are presented with an opportunity to request anyone as a worker. Once the worker confirmed the request you are all set up. Feel free to start the job and finish it. 

After the job is finished both parties will have the opportunity to rate each other. They also will be presented with an actual payment details from the job.

We have added a new virtual credit system. At the moment this is completely free. When you are out of virtual credits you can easily add more by clicking a button.  
We have enhanced the registration process since we encountered that it is hard to communicate with workers/companies. We require now a mobile phone and some other information on registration
