Also their customer service is trash. I’ve reached out multiple times and no one responds. Absolute scam. I’d give them 0 stars but I have to place a star to submit this. TRASH SCAM APP ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-07-26, version 2.0.6* Don’t waste your time and money on this App and subscription. The points earned aren’t reliable and they don’t respond to help tickets. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-20, version 2.0.5* Bait and switch. They advertise Amazon gift cards but once you sum up there's no Amazon offered. Then try to cancel and good luck. They still charge your card even tho you deleted your account. Avoid this app ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER *2026-07-19* Apple Watch is connected and are still not tracked accurately. Watch says 10k plus, app says 5700. Challenges count steps but don’t ever “complete”. I’ve for the same challenge 3 times today and it still won’t say complete. Reward redemption is even worse. No matter your balance is, you can only withdraw the minimum and you can only withdraw once in 30 days. Over $125 in my “account” but I can only take 25/30 at a time. The concept is amazing. Functionally it’s the worst **Developer response:** Hi, the rewards redemption issue has been fixed, you should be able to redeem again now. On the step count inaccuracy, please email support@move-club.co with your account email and we'll look at your specific case, including any points or rewards you weren't able to redeem. Thank you! — The Move Together team ### 1/5 — Total Scam *2026-07-15, version 2.0.5* They charge you $29.99 a month for a subscription and you pay $89.99 for a year membership. You earn to walk and by the end of the month, you most likely get no reward. Start all over again to waste money and fail. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever!!! *2026-07-12* Do not purchase this app! I emailed them twice to cancel with no response. There was no way to cancel within the app until I finally see it’s fixed tonight after literally 3 months of trying, paying monthly, and still not even making $20 in gift cards with walking. I cannot believe apps like this are legal - they charge your credit card with no quality service provided - and then give no response to emails, no phone number to call and no way to cancel. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-07-08, version 2.0.3* Great concept but almost everytime I try to do one of their quick walks it states zero steps left but doesn’t complete the walk. If you close it you lose the walk you just did. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-30, version 2.0.3* Can’t cancel. Cant get a hold of anyone and keep charging my card. ### 2/5 — Won’t give me my rewards *2026-06-30* I paid for three months of this app and probably won’t renew. At first it was very suspect, but about two weeks into my subscription a major update happened that made the app much better. However, it has a big problem with locking up during the mini challenges and so I only get credit for doing one maybe two per day rather than all of them. It’s like the app doesn’t want me to earn enough points to get reward. But I managed to cobble together my 2588 points to get a $25 gift card but the app won’t let me get it. It keeps saying that it is unable to process my request. It doesn’t matter what gift card I choose. At first, I was trying to get a Starbucks gift card then the Starbucks gift card option completely went away. So then I tried for PayPal for the last three days and it just says it’s unable to process my request. So I tried for a Sonic card with the same result. It is unable to complete my request. It says to ask for help through Settings, but when you go to settings, there’s nowhere to ask for help when you do find the help and support tab and you send them a message nobody EVER answers. I had kind of already decided to not renew my subscription, even though I was kind of enjoying doing the challenges and trying to meet the goals. But if you can’t get any rewards, then it’s not worth the money. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry about the rewards. Those “unable to process” errors were on our side (gift-card partner outage), not you. Your PayPal reward did go through after that, please check Rewards / email, and if it’s missing, open Help in the app or email support@move-club.co and we’ll fix it.
