## What is MOVETRACK?

MOVETRACK is a mobile app that lets you see your MOVETRACK tracking device's location on a map. You can track anything from your pet, bag, car, etc.

### 1/5 — Vollkommen unbrauchbar!

Seit zwei Wochen wird bei der Anmeldung in der App die Fehlermeldung „Verbindung zum Server nicht möglich. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Netzwerkverbindung und versuchen Sie es erneut.“ angezeigt. Der App-Support ist nicht erreichbar. Unfassbar, wie schlecht der Service ist und dass die App trotzdem in den Appstores zum Download angeboten wird. Die zu trackenden Geräte funktionieren offensichtlich, weil alle drei Anzeigen blau leuchten. Ist halt blöd, wenn man Tracker hat, die zwar funktionieren, aber nicht getrackt werden können, weil die dazugehörige App für den Allerwertesten ist!

die App funktioniert mal wieder nicht. Update auf iOS 18.5 und es kommt die Meldung „Verbinden zum Server nicht möglich….“
Weder über WLan noch Mobil funktioniert es. Mit dem letzten update funktioniert die App wieder nicht….meine Empfehlung ist: es gibt bessere alternativen

Man bleibt nie angemeldet und muss sich ständig neu anmelden. Wenn sich parallel jemand gleichzeitig anmeldet wird man raus geschmissen. 
Man bekommt keine Benachrichtigungen zugesendet. Sehr unübersichtlich. Standorte ungenau. Sehr schlechte App. Wenn möglich wären es 0 Sterne. 
Aber es wird auch seit Jahren nichts verändert an der App, wie man an den Rezensionen sehen kann. Kundenrezensionen werden also komplett ignoriert.

Man sieht den Tracker auf der Karte, aber es ist ein blauer Kreis, welcher sich pulsierend vom Tracker aufbaut und immer größer wird. Der Kreis fängt klein an und wir immer größer. Er ist dunkel blau und verdeckt die darunterliegende Karte. Man erkennt somit nicht mehr wo der Tracker ist. Sobald man die Karte etwas verschiebt, ist der blaue Kreis sehr dominant und behindert die Bedienung massiv! 
Ich wundere mich, wer so etwas programmiert ohne es vorher zu testen. 
App wurde somit schlechter anstatt besser…

Wollte mich anmelden. Wird nicht angenommen. Neues Passwort zugesendet. Wird auch nicht angenommen trotz großer und kleiner Buchstaben und zahlen. Support auch am pc funktioniert nicht. Sehr ärgerlich

Liebe Entwickler, seit Tagen läuft die App nicht & selbst über das Passwort zurücksetzen kommt man nicht auf die Seite. Wo liegt das Problem? Kann ja nicht sein das sowas über mehrere Tage nicht läuft. Benutze den Tracker jetzt knapp 2 Jahre, bis jetzt hätte ich immer 3,5-4 Sterne gegeben, aber das was aktuell da los ist, sind nicht mal 0,5 Wert!

Leider ist die App derzeit kaum hilfreich, weil Alcatel offensichtlich immer wieder Serverprobleme hat. Was hilft eine Suchapp und entsprechende Hardware, wenn die Server nicht laufen und man im Ernstfall nicht suchen bzw. finden kann ?

Leider ist seit etwa 6 Monaten der Wurm drin.
Immer wieder Absturz des Servers, Ortung geht nicht usw.
Habe nun gekündigt und bin zur Konkurrenz.
