## What is MoveWard?

Make each workout easier to record—and each next session easier to start.

MoveWard is a local-first strength training log for fast set entry, flexible plans, clear Progress, and control of your workout data. No account is required. Workout records stay on your device; MoveWard does not operate a server for your workout data.

LOG THE WORKOUT IN FRONT OF YOU
• Start a Quick Start session or choose a reusable plan
• Record weight and reps, bodyweight reps, assisted reps, time, or distance
• Read and enter loads in kilograms or pounds
• Every set opens prefilled with what you lifted last time
• Add a movement, skip a movement, undo a completed set, or replace an unfinished movement
• Completing a set can start its configured rest timer
• A haptic cue marks the end of rest while MoveWard is open
• Leave mid-workout and come back: the session is still there, set for set
• Review the session before saving it

BUILD PLANS THAT FIT THE DAY
• Create and edit multi-movement plans
• Set targets and rest times for each movement
• Reorder movements without rewriting saved workout history

REVIEW WHAT CHANGED
• See your training days for the current week at a glance
• See saved sessions and completed sets in Progress
• Switch Progress between 7-day, 30-day, and all-time periods
• Compare training volume, session count, and best recorded load
• Open a saved session to review its completed sets
• See each movement's latest performance and trend direction

KEEP A LOCAL COPY
• Export a complete JSON backup through the system share sheet
• Restore a compatible MoveWard JSON backup after an explicit confirmation

MEMBERSHIP
Membership gates starting a new workout only. MoveWard Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, plus a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the app. Prices, availability, and any Apple-displayed introductory offer are determined by the App Store. Viewing and managing existing local workout data, including Progress and JSON backup tools, do not require an active membership.

MoveWard provides general workout logging information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, individualized coaching, or emergency services. Choose movements appropriate for you and train with safe technique.
