Started with Nirosh 2 years ago and am delighted with my progress so far. He knows what he's doing, motivates you and always has an endless alternative exercises to keep you moving. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommended to those who are looking for a dedicated trainer.

Additionally, personalized guidance from trainers is a pivotal aspect of the app's overall functionality. My favorite feature is the social media integration, allowing me to share thoughts and guidance with the team. The app consistently improves month by month, making it the best of its kind. The team actively incorporates member feedback into ongoing developments.
