At the time of purchase, there was no clear mention that blockbuster movies cannot be booked immediately. Your staff informed me verbally about a 7–14 day restriction, but even after that period (today is 6 April), I am still unable to book tickets. This is misleading and unfair to customers. I request either immediate access to booking or a full refund.
