### 2/5 — Hard to sign up and hard to use

The sign up flow rejected my email halfway through the sign up process and at that point it wouldn’t let me re register because my passport was already associated with my email. (If the developer is reading this, my email starts with k@ which is valid but is rejected at the email validation step). Also some chargers are incorrectly grouped together even though they are 100+ meters apart making it hard to find them.

La aplicación funciona muy mal. No es una posible cambiar la contraseña si a uno se le olvida (cuando en el correo le das al cambio de contraseña te vuelve como un bucle a la misma página de usuario y contraseña). Cuando entras con código no consigue conectar dándote fallo. Me he tenido que ir a otra compañía para cargar, ya por tres veces.

Con la última actualización la app pide constantemente credenciales y validaciones, espero que pronto se solucione, porque la verdad hasta esta actualización me funcionaba de maravilla.

Lo de esta aplicación es una vergüenza, siempre va a peor en vez de mejorar, algo tan simple como reservar y cargar un cargador. Muchísimas veces no deja reservar porque se buguea el sistema de pago que tenéis, o reservas y no sale la reserva con lo cual pierdes el euro y no puedes iniciar… un desastre, deja mucho que desear la verdad. Esto no facilita a la gente que se pasa al coche eléctrico y lo dice una persona que lleva ya dos años con un vehículo eléctrico. Espero se mejore pronto la app

Es muy difícil distinguir si un puesto está libre o no. El color del borde de un corazón no permite distinguirlo y toca leer el texto en letra pequeña. Qué cuesta colorear toda la fila de verde cuando esté disponible?

Nunca he visto una aplicación tan mala. Cada dos por tres me echa de la cuenta y tengo que volver a iniciar sesión. Ahora hasta pide un código de verificación. Qué empresa tan “increíble”.
Si el móvil no está en español, la app se pone en inglés por defecto, y no hay manera de cambiarlo. Es realmente pésima.
