A technician was in my property today and with a different phone he can see recordings. I have installed on a Samsung phone and I can too. El año pasado fue lo mismo, sin que lo pidiéramos, el técnico vino a nuestra casa sin tocar nada solo en su teléfono y luego nos cobró 70 € por una visita no solicitada. Esta empresa no merece nuestra confianza. Otro problema es que la aplicación no funciona para iPad, solo para teléfono, lo cual es una pena. Solo una parte de la pantalla aparece en la tableta y no se puede acceder a la otra parte. I've now had faulty equipment for over a year now, email them every other day, never get what they are going to do, that's because it's nothing. I use to have a fantastic relationship with someone in accounts, also one of the area representatives, but now nobody. Face ID will scan multiple times, this morning 10 times before opening the app and being able to interact with the system. The 360 camera controls don’t always appear when you need to move the camera. Some movement controls lock on and the camera doesn’t stop moving. If I leave a door open with a magnetic sensor and the alarm is triggered it takes 5 minutes or more before the app shows which sensor triggered the alarm. Any other alarm company would not even let you start the connect process of a sensor is open but Movistar make that difficult too. Also not being able to configure which sensors are used in total and partial modes is annoying and basic. Especially considering building works where I have to make a call, wait and then check it has been done properly. All in, the app and the functions of the alarm leave a LOT to be desired. Just because you’re a big brand, it doesn’t mean you should just ignore customers and do what you think is right. ### 1/5 — App lenta *2023-11-11, version 3.6.0* Se bloquea cada 2x3 Tarda en reconocer la huella No siempre desbloquea y suena la alarma ### 1/5 — App full of bugs on iPhone 14 pro max *2023-09-22, version 3.5.4* The Prosegur part seems good. I trust Prosegur hence contracting this service. The App itself is horrible. Just full of ‘unknown errors’ every day. Whenever you want to login or disable alarms there is always a very good chance the app with throw an error code and for 30 mins you cannot access it. I use at least 50 other apps and this is the only one I ever have problems with (and serious regular ones at that). I’m on latest version of iOS always and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app countless times.
