The whole app sucks always glitching and the self serve machines are even worse! They freeze during payment processing and I had already placed my coupon!!!

Great concept and would be amazing if it worked properly, but every time I enter my information to pay it always has an error message.

Whenever I try to order through the app it always tells me payment failed even though I have money in my card, I even tried to use another card and it still wouldn’t work! The app also freezes a lot for me constantly. I also don’t like how they changed their reward system they made it a lot harder to get a free smoothie now… makes me switch to buy from a different company now which is what I think I’m gonna do

App doesn’t take payment at all. So frustrating. I used to pick up $80 worth of smoothies every Friday but now it’s impossible.

I’m not sure what version is currently running, but it works good on my end. I was a little skeptical on downloading and using because of the reviews but after downloading and using it performed well. I did not have an issue with Apple Pay and my order was received Successfully at the restaurant.

Hopefully nothing goes wrong with new versions or updates released by the developer. As of now, it is working perfectly.

Really convenient for MOVITA addicted customers is an easy way to order ahead and skip the line. You can receive coupons and be aware of new items also you will receive a birthday reward!
