## What is Movitel Timekeeping?

Movitel Timekeeping is Movitel’s official mobile app for attendance and workforce management.

Get it on the App Store
You can download and install Movitel Timekeeping like any other app. To use work-related features (check-in, requests, timesheets, and notifications tied to your employment), you need an authorized Movitel account issued by Movitel.

What you can do
Track your work, manage requests, and stay updated — all in one place.

Key features

1. Daily check-in & check-out
Record attendance from your phone. The app supports photo verification and location validation to help ensure accuracy. Working hours are calculated and reflected in your timesheet.

2. Overtime & leave requests
Submit overtime (OT) for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with validation of OT limits before submission.
Request leave types such as annual leave (AL), paid leave (PL), maternity leave (ML), work from home (WH), and business trips (BT). Attach supporting documents in the app.

3. Timesheet adjustments (Period 2)
Submit adjustment requests with reasons and evidence during the Period 2 window. Requests follow your organization’s approval workflow.

4. Real-time notifications
Get updates on attendance issues, approval results, OT limit warnings, leave reminders, and adjustment deadlines.

Account access
Work features require sign-in with credentials provided by Movitel. If you need help with access, please contact Movitel HR or your Movitel administrator.
