I just downloaded the movo app on my iPhone 6Plus, but then when I open the app, the opening screen comes and Movo logo is shown, and after that screen changes to full black. It stucks at the Black screen and never moves ahead. I find no solution to open the app run smoothly. I restarted my iPhone to check if it works or not, however, it doesn’t work at all. I have even sent them pictures for hints, no use. Helpdesk does not even know that the application has the Movo transfer in, Direct Deposit, ACH transfer, etc. I don't understand why I opened an account here in the first place. They don’t have a phone number to reach. Emails do not resolve an issue. Neither they care to acknowledge or respond to emails. The app is inconsistent. I love the app and I have my pension check deposited right into Movo. I pay all of my bills with their E check and I use their card everywhere. I am even learning how to buy crypto… Pretty good for an 80 year old.
