App não funciona integração com Strava nem garmin, ou seja segundo o suporte um excedi número de pessoas o outro em desenvolvimento e ainda querem que faça de uma forma manual todo dia. Mais fácil seguir planilha do papel. Se não está funcionando na totalidade tira das loja app e arruma de vez.

**Developer response:** Olá Parenteararas, te entendo. Esse update que acabou de sair na App Store fechou justamente esses dois pontos:
▸ Garmin — saiu de "em desenvolvimento" pra integração completa: conecta a conta, importa atividades, e envia treinos estruturados (intervalos, BPM ou Watts) pro Garmin Connect.
▸ Strava — não é manual diário. Você importa seu histórico inteiro UMA vez, e pra enviar treino tem botão direto depois que finaliza.

Atualiza o app pela loja e me dá um retorno. Se ainda assim travar, corrijo direto.
