The app can’t control the providers that use it, but they have setup a system that encourages people to cut corners, as there are no consequences. ### 2/5 — Can I get a commitment? *2019-06-24, version 2.9* I have tried to schedule my lawn to be mowed for or five times and it keeps getting canceled for various reasons or no reason at all. There’s seems to be 0 repercussions for providers that do this. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — Neat App, Mowers are not screened...terrible *2019-07-04, version 2.9* My neighbors and I used the service multiple times and the App is easy to use...but...they don’t screen any of the mowers and there’s no customer service to call. I had 4 cancellations for “personal” reasons, two awful cuts that took two weeks to get a response to get my money back. ### 1/5 — Lock up *2019-05-13, version 2.7* Seemed like great idea but it wouldn't let me pick location other than where I was I need moms lawn cut not mine, plus app locked up and nothing showed just blank page ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2019-05-04, version 2.7* This app is not service provider friendly, and as a provider will take 1/4 of whatever the homeowner offers to pay, so if you offer the $25 that you normally pay your company, you will never get your grass mowed because they will end up only getting $18.75 for their work. Not worth it for anyone. Not to mention the app does not allow providers to see the address even after accepting the job, just a zip code and google images pic that you can’t zoom in or out of, and the app is clunky and not user friendly. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Great idea but TERRIBLE execution ### 1/5 — Entered all my info then the app locked up *2019-05-04, version 2.7* App doesn’t work I deleted it. Good concept, poor execution. ### 1/5 — Make another option to use beside Facebook *2019-04-29, version 2.5* I downloaded and deleted this app due to no other option to use other than signing in with Facebook which allows the sharing of your information with this app. ### 1/5 — Columbia *2018-10-19, version 2.4* Offered the same price to bag, mow and blow that I was paying the lawn care company that comes to my house since I wanted to try this out. Never got any offers, and I’m unsure if there are any providers in Columbia. The app is also not optimized for iPhone X, and the interface in general is very clunky.
