## What is Mowin?

With Mowin, you get a smart and digital tool for work orders, time reports, and materials management, specially created for electrical, plumbing, and similar service professions. Whether you have staff in the field, or manage a large number of work orders and items, Mowin can help you keep track of everything. ### 1.7.22 — 2026-08-21

• EDI order confirmations are now in the app – admins can review purchases and add the material rows to the right work order, and the order's materials tab shows confirmations belonging to that order.
• Admins can now view the company's quotes in the app – a list with status and filters, and a detail view with customer, rows and a summary with contribution margin. Read-only for now – create and edit on the web.
• Redesigned message list – clear unread marker, a menu for read/unread and delete, and a button that takes you straight to the work order.

### 1.7.21 — 2026-08-13

- The barcode scanner has a new mode that shows every code in view so you can pick the right one — handy when a label carries several codes. Switch modes with the icon in the camera view.
  - Work orders can now require forms to be completed before they are started or finished. Admins can choose to proceed anyway.
  - Checklists now keep their order — checked items no longer jump to the top.
  - The calendar now only shows calendars and events you have access to.
  - Improved order search (also matches internal description, handles Nordic characters) plus bug fixes for price edits and order links.

### 1.7.20 — 2026-07-15

• You stay signed in — no need to log in every time you open the app. A new sign-out button is on the profile page, and the "Stay signed in" setting can be turned off if you prefer to log in each time.
  • Move or copy materials between orders straight from the materials tab — select rows, pick a target order and adjust quantities.
  • The map in the order list can now show wholesaler branches — filter by wholesaler and call or navigate there with one tap.
  • The planning widget now shows upcoming days' events once today's are done, so you can see Monday's jobs on Friday.
  • Mowz has new hand-drawn icons for all milestones.

### 1.7.19 — 2026-07-02

• Fixed: PDF documents can now always be scrolled and zoomed — previously the viewer could freeze until the app was restarted.
• The PDF viewer now shows which page you're on, e.g. "Page 1 of 3".
• Fixed: the Documents tab on the customer card now loads its documents right away.
• Fixed: documents uploaded on the customer card are now stored in the same place as on the web, so both show the same documents.

### 1.7.18 — 2026-07-01

• New Planning home-screen widgets — see your upcoming days and bookings at a glance.
• Fixed: time entries for deleted work orders no longer appear in the time report.
• Various under-the-hood performance and stability improvements.
