After each mow job you get a text with a hyperlink to report any issues. Nobody ever responds or addresses your concerns. If you have poor quality work or damage you are on your own. Good luck. *Edit, using “GreenPal” app now. Much better! Good luck. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2022-05-23* It was great the first couple times I scheduled. But three times in a row I’ve been frustrated with the service. The mow will be booked for a day/time, and then no one shows up for hours past that time. Once someone canceled an hour after the scheduled time, and the two others I had to cancel since I needed a set time for a reason and someone maybe getting to it at the end of their day really isn’t helpful. No communication is ever received to let you know if they’re going to be late, still planning to come, etc.. ### 1/5 — Never showed up *2021-05-08* App is kind of a mess. Told him to charge my card the difference he didn't care at all. A week later a different provider did a horrible job. I don’t think he even weed wacked at all (yes I paid for it). So now I’m apprehensive to use the app again because I don’t know what I will get. ### 5/5 — Easy and convenient! *2025-09-05* We own a rental property in Lansing and Mowr has been awesome! The pricing is very fair, it’s so easy to book and I love that I know when the service provider is arriving. They even send a picture after which is awesome! The rates are not high to me and I can make a easy convenient appointment while on vacation. I’m a single mother and my lawn mower died on me and this app saved me because finding a local company and having to call each one and get a quote was a hassle. The guy did a great job too! I didn’t want to hire mower services with a contract, because occasionally I have time to cut my lawn myself. But on the weeks that I can’t get to it, I just set up an appointment with Mowr. My grass has looked great each time and I don’t even have to be home.
