Most helpful app I’ve used! Less stress about tracking into too detail but encouraging by visualizing how I used my energy/time. Much less self-doubt after using it:) Only I hope (1) the page for logging (tracking) is more user friendly and quicker (2) it’ll be great if the app can save the records for 7 days, as right now I refresh everyday and cannot see how I improved day by day.
