Die App hat einige Fehler… so waren zwei Stunden einfach nur Ärger am Telefon bis endlich jemand zu uns gekommen ist um die Scooter zu parken. Just iron out the massive amount of bugs and it would be useful. ### 1/5 — Schlechteste App, irgendwas funktioniert immer noch nicht *2022-12-30, version 5.3.2* Die App stürzt entweder ab oder man wird automatisch ausgeloggt. Diese App ist nicht kompatibel mit der Nextbike, die sonst eigentlich überall funktioniert. Die Karte in der App zeigt nur ganz grob, wo die Fahrradstationen sind. Die muss man dann erst mal suchen. Bei einer Station mit vier angezeigten Fahrrädern, stand dann kein einziges. Bei der nächsten Station mit sieben Fahrrädern stand ebenfalls kein Fahrrad. Außerdem ist ein großes Problem, dass in der Karte der aktuelle Standort nicht angezeigt wird. Zudem ist die Karte nicht interaktiv, dass man sehen kann, wo man ist. Wenn man dann doch ein Rad gefunden hat, lässt es sich nicht freischalten. D.h. mit dem sehr gut funktionierenden Scanner Scan man den Barcode ein und wird dann abgelehnt. Das gleiche passiert demnächst beim nächsten Rad und bei allen weiteren Eltern. Ergebnis: es ist sehr schwer, eine Radstation zu finden. Dann befindet sich oftmals kein Rad an der Station, obwohl mehrere angezeigt werden. Und zum Schluss lässt sich da auch keinen Rat freischalten. So ein Schrott! Leider kann man hier nicht null oder Minuspunkte geben? Vermutlich hat das aber nicht nur mit der App zu tun, sondern auch mit dem örtlichen Betreiber. ### 1/5 — App stürzt ab/hängt *2022-11-20, version 5.3.2* Die App stürzt ab, der zurück Pfeil funktioniert manchmal nicht. Bei der Auswahl des Alters dreht die Zahlenauswahl manchmal erratisch weiter. Die App möchte sich die Kreditkartendetails merken, das finde ich bei einer so schlampig programmierten Software bedenklich. (Eine Integration von Apple Pay währe schön.) Tried registering on both my phone and my wife’s. The app accepts our phone numbers but totally fails to send a pin in order to complete registration. Maybe it only functions w Spanish numbers but if so it doesn’t advise that, leaving you totally frustrated & unable to get a bike share bicycle. Are these bikes only available to Spanish residents? If so why not say? Or is the whole system not working? De esta forma las bicis no sirven de nada, de día hay más que suficientes guaguas para moverse. Es de noche cuando hacen falta. Pero claro, solo te lo dice al sacar, después de que te hayan cobrado un euro. Se aprecian únicamente círculos que hacen referencias a estaciones con el número de bicicletas disponibles, pero sin ver la ubicación en el mapa de esa estación. Es imposible ubicarte con la app y menos aún conocer si el destino hacia el que te diriges tiene estaciones cercanas, precisamente porque la opción de “mapa” es irreal. Un despropósito que una app de transporte no facilite estación función de forma útil, práctica y claramente visible. Me enfada que se otorguen concesiones y no se ejecute el trabajo de forma correcta. Si la app anterior tenía esta función básica, esta también debería tenerla. ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Clunky *2023-01-15, version 5.3.2* The app is very ‘clunky’ and slow compared to what one would expect from an app in 2023. It took me some time (and my partner) to register ourselves and to include bank details. Indeed the only way that we could get our ‘euro’ starting payment registered was by putting in all of the details and then turning our phone off and on. Using the app to get a bike was quite straightforward. However, returning a bike less so and after following the instructions we left a bike only to come back ten minutes later to find that we were still being charged for it. Do make sure on the app that the hire has stopped! My partner had a similar problem with the return of her bike and we think that it may be a timing thing (as the app is slow there is a tendency to keep pressing buttons on the bike, which may change the status?). Neither could we see how to pay the 15 euro for the week hire thereby getting a reduced rate for each 30 minute hire. Notwithstanding the concept is great and we both made good use of the bikes during our stay as a means of transport. Las Palmas is relatively flat but very long and the excellent cycle lanes made the bikes a really good way of getting to key attractions without long tiring walks or taxis. ### 3/5 — Va mejor *2020-06-28, version 5.0.3* Han mejorado bastante la aplicación. Aber bis dahin ist es ein harter Weg. Umlaut im Nachnamen -> Ungültiger Name. Registrierungsversuch in der App -> Dauerwarteschleife. Die SMS-Pin kam trotzdem. Und damit konnte man aich in der App und mit Telefonnummer anmelden. Die eingegeben Registrierdaten waren weg, ließen sich aber nachtragen. Die Kreditkarte musste ich händisch hinterlegen (nicht Teil der Registrierung). Beim Ausleihen wird einem tatsächlich sehr schön erklärt, wie man ein Fahrrad ausleiht, nicht aber, wie man es zurückgibt. Zum Glück wusste es mein Freund. In der Ausleihhistorie war die Ausleihe auch nach Abgabe nicht zu sehen, das Geld war aber abgebucht und das frisch zurückgegebene Fahrrad auch in der Karte verfügbar. Insgesamt sehr lieblos, diese App. Letztendlich geht es aber reibungslos, wenn man das Vertrauen hat, dass alles schon seinen richtigen Gang nimmt. ### 2/5 — Bad service *2022-02-09, version 5.3.1* It’s so expensive the station terminals do not work, the rental rates are expensive, I finished using the bike they charged me more time despite I stopped using the bike. ### 2/5 — Tiene fallos *2019-07-31, version 1.0* La aplicación no funciona del todo bien.
