It feels like the ladder because I have been unable to use the app. It has broken links three separate tries to log in. First was an advertisement on YouTube, second was using my email and the third was trying to use my Apple account to sign in. I did this just for fun, and then planned on opting out from services at this was not a necessary purchase to make monthly. AFTER A YEAR, no response back from their office, their support team. Multiple emails requesting to be opted from services to trying to cancel through the app, I am still being charged. It may not be a significant amount of money to some but if I have to choose an astrology app or a gallon of milk I think the choice is obvious. Even though I wanted to cancel I had planned to resubscribe at a later date when money was less tight BUT the process of trying to simply end this subscription has been so terrible that I would never use it or any other “Moyra” app again and most certainly wouldn’t recommend it to others. I am at a loss to what is going on with this app/company that they won’t do as they outlined in the terms and conditions and cancel my subscription. Until this particular moment, I have been very kind and patient in my requests. Leaving a bad review is not my jam… but here we are. Moyra…for the love of the cosmos and my Scorpio sanity/composure….
