It doesn’t work! It places the white dots on the floor, doesn’t make any sense!

Pretty frustrating, the designs are showing up when I place them on the dots, so I can’t see what it would look like. I’ve tried a number of designs and closed and reopened the app but it’s not working

We’ve tested the app on our side, and it appears to be working normally. If a design doesn’t display correctly, you can try deleting the mosaic and placing it again — this often resolves the issue.
