## What is Mozaik?

Seal a secret inside a picture.

Mozaik turns a photo into a shuffled mosaic of tiles with a hidden message or a postcard locked inside. Send it to someone, and it only opens when they rebuild the picture, tile by tile. The message is sealed with the solved image itself — so until the photo is whole again, it's unreadable to everyone. Including us.

There are no accounts and no servers. A mozaik is a single file you send however you like — Messages, AirDrop, email. Nothing you create ever passes through us, and we couldn't read your secret if we tried.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick a photo and type your secret message — or design a whole postcard.
• Mozaik shreds the picture and locks your message to the solved arrangement.
• Send the file. Your recipient swaps tiles until the photo is rebuilt — and the message decrypts itself, letter by letter.

FREE TO SOLVE, FREE TO SEND
Creating and solving mozaiks is free, and solving is never paywalled. Anyone can open what you send them.

WHAT YOU CAN HIDE
• A secret text message, up to 2,000 characters.
• A designed postcard — headline, stickers, a photo, and named paper stocks — that pops out when the picture is solved. Perfect for birthdays and anniversaries.

FOR SECRETS WORTH THE EFFORT
• Passphrase lock — add a second key only the two of you know. Without it, the file is just a picture.
• Decoy message (Premium) — a second passphrase reveals a harmless message instead. Nothing in the file shows which one is real.
• Time capsule (Premium) — seal a mozaik that won't open before a date you choose.
• Clearance levels — pick how hard it fights back, from a gentle solve to eyes-only, with no help at all.
