Audioguide stark verbesserungsfähig. Wir waren im Wohnhaus, hier stimmt nichts mit den Nummern an den Exponaten überein. Aufsicht vor Ort bei Rückfrage unfreundlich

Initially the pictures in the app match the paintings etc in the home, but then they don’t. Confusing when the app asked to download a ton of data, which would have taken hours, and we learned was not necessary for the tour.  We asked the docent and he told us to skip that part. Also, would be helpful to start with a basic ‘101’ overview, then go chronologically.  Should initially introduce each of the family members and others in his life, because otherwise seems random every time a person is mentioned, which happens a lot.

Tried to use the app during my visit to the museum. It installed fine but asked to load 200+ MB of data, which did not work out using the museum’s WiFi and stopped every time the app was not in foreground.

This app is really needed when you tour the Mozart exhibits. But it takes forever to load if it will even load at all. Very disappointing. We just gave up and walked through trying to read as much as we could to get some worth out if the tickets we purchased.

Die Beiträge sind nur sehr unstabil zu hören. Der Ton bricht regelmäßig ab. Die Tour muss neu gestartet werden. Die Führung ist nicht intuitiv, sondern ziemlich überraschend zufällig. Insgesamt ein eher ärgerliches Vergnügen.

I had the app download for almost 2 hours and it is still at 29%. If it downloads later I probably won’t use it, I maybe will for fun, but not professionally, also reading the other reviews they are pretty bad and all are 1 star.

Top! Dies war ein wirklich sehr interessanter Einblick von Mozarts Leben! Absolut empfehlenswert! Man kann in die damalige Zeit und Geschickte eintauchen und sich, wenn man sich darauf einlässt, zurück reisen.
Beim nächsten Salzburgbesuch werden wir dies noch aufmerksamer verinnerlichen sowie das Wohnhaus in der Nähe mitnehmen!

Diese App ist eine sehr gute Idee, aber sie ist manchmal instabil und langsam. Die Zwischenpunkte geben auch für mich keinen Sinn. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall allen Museumsbesuchern, diese App zu installieren.
