Unable to customize in order allow change access as previously versions. Now you cannot change to decrease the threshold. So aggressive I cannot even open apps and Google at all. It’s great to have a von but if I can’t use my device then there won’t be any need for security. Please let us have some decision on this. ### 2/5 — Somewhat restored to its former goodness *2025-12-25, version 2.32.0* Now trying Mozilla VPN on iPhone again after some months away, it seems to have improved, if only slightly. On Mac it still isn’t great, but it is more stable than it was. Nearly none of the paid VPN services can be relied on to be and stay good. At least this one is from a basically trustable source and has a pretty low annual fee. 🙄 I just switched to Proton VPN. Or why’d you make it like that? If I set M.VPN to a non-uk country, but am in the UK, the BBC news and Sounds apps serve UK content. If I am outside the UK and set M.VPN to a UK outlet, the BBC serves “overseas” content. I have my location turned off for those apps. What other info does BBC access to defeat the VPN? What other info is available to other apps to defeat the VPN security? VPN has to be turned off and on again periodically as it upsets some apps which will run ok for a while and then conk. Works fine with Apple Private Relay. ### 2/5 — Refuses to turn off *2025-09-27, version 2.31.0* App constantly refuses to turn off leading me to either restart my device or uninstall and reinstall the app for my device to become functional again. ### 3/5 — Works but blocks calls and messages sent are delayed. *2025-09-22, version 2.30.0* The VPN works like one should and I am glad to support Mozilla. It does also have some major issues. Phone calls would be blocked. When I’d answer the call I could not hear the caller. My messages sent over text also are delayed significantly when they are sent. I have a to turn it off and back on every time I wake my phone up. It doesn’t stay connected on my computer, and half the websites I go to won’t load with it on. It doesn’t connect and then I get customer support from India when they used to be here in America. I also just renewed, but I think I’m going to ask for a refund because I can’t connect. The subscription is active and charged, but the app does not recognize it and says I have no plan. I contacted Mozilla support the same day. After 30 days, multiple emails, and full documentation (receipts, screenshots), nothing has been fixed. Responses come every 7–10 days, repeating the same questions, with no real action. Result: I paid for a service I have never been able to use. This is not a minor bug — it’s a complete failure in subscription handling and support.
