I tried to sort audios chronologically in descending order, but the dates are not ordered properly and it’s so frustrating because I can’t find the audio I wanted to listen back to. ### 2/5 — Could be better *2025-03-17, version 9.1* It records ok. It’s simple start and stop without a million other options to muddle through. However, it doesn’t seem to organize your recordings any specific way (alpha, numeric, length, date). So it’s hard to find things. Also, it kicks me out after every recording. On the plus side it is very easy to upload to the Google drive. It said I needed to make a purchase to be able to do longer recordings. I clicked OK and did the purchase and I’m still not able to do it. Now it says I need to do another purchase. This is disappointing and frustrating. It kept turning and turning till I had to exit the page by swiping up the page on my iPhone 15. No available exit and log out not working. Then in the Google Drive it said it is not a supported format. I tried uploading my 2 minute audio to iCloud. That one only showed my previous files. Total dead ends. I purchase the upload option, but if anyone cannot just record an audio and upload it to share with someone, then what is the purpose? ### 1/5 — Not Reliable *2024-06-27, version 9.1* Lost years of songs in one day. ### 2/5 — In accessible with the voiceover program *2024-06-24, version 9.1* I’m sorry, but the reason I gave this app 2 stars, is that it is not accessible with the built-in screen reader for iOS for the visually impaired, voiceover. I have been trying to locate audio, recording apps, that specifically can record an MP3 format. I was hoping that this one would be accessible. The main user interface is accessible, but as soon as I start recording, voiceover, completely freezes. There really needs to be away for the blind to be able to interact with the program, even while audio recording. I hope that this problem can be addressed among the program developers, and they can find a way for it to be completely compatible with voiceover. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-06-18, version 9.1* I paid for premium which I still couldn’t use. Unfortunately, you can only record 3 minutes max unless you conveniently pay their subscription. If you need to record a shorter video, then it will work great however, it didn’t work for me as i needed a longer video. I was very interested to see that Apple's App Store. Let this developer get away with the disclaimer that not all Accessibility will work in this app, this is not acceptable. If a blind person other than myself were to come across this app, say maybe on Facebook. Or Instagram or any of the other social media apps, they may just inadvertently download it and find out to their chagrin that after they press record on this app to try and do something as in record a new memo or a new file that voiceover does not speak when the record button is pressed. This needs to be taken care of, and this app either needs to be modified or taken down until this so-called glaring admission is fixed. This does not meet the national Federation of the Blind Accessibility requirements. And needs to be fixed or taken down. There is a there is a line of code that can be placed within this program to make this app accessible to the Blind using voiceover. It is not that hard to do and the developer should have known this or consulted someone before putting this app up here. ### 1/5 — False advertising *2026-04-24, version 10.6* Very basic app that at first gives you a free option to record files. After putting work into a couple files, the app then wouldn’t allow me to access them or save without first paying for a subscription. Very disappointing and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-03-22, version 10.4* It used to be great until it started charging you to listen to your recordings ### 1/5 — Sehr unprofessionelles Update *2026-03-08* Sehr unprofessionelles Update Die neu erstellten Dateien haben nun direkt einen Dateinamen und sortieren sich automatisch ein. Der Dateinamen den der Entwickler nun automatisch vergibt ist das Datum und die Uhrzeit – also ein Dateiname der mit einer Zahl beginnt. Ich vergebe auch das Datum als Dateiname – nur ist jetzt das Problem, das sich der 08. März direkt unter dem 08. Januar sortiert. Warum will der Entwickler seine Kunden nerven? Ich muss nun minutenlang scrollen bis ich die neue Datei finde. ABER, es geht noch weiter. Vor diesem unprofessionellen Update konnte ich eine alte Datei über das Menü (drei Punkte) antippen und dann „Rename“ auswählen – dann nutzte ich die Möglichkeit den alten Dateinamen zu kopieren, dann ging ich in die neue Datei die man früher ganz oben fand, und fügte den Dateinamen ein und änderte nur zwei Zeichen und war fertig. Nach dem letzten Update ist das nicht mehr möglich. Es ist nun untersagt einen alten Dateinamen zu kopieren um sich so das Leben zu erleichtern. Ich muss nun den insgesamt 24-Zeichen langen Dateinamen immer wieder selbst eintragen. Cop & Paste ist nun verboten. Ich kann nur vermuten, dass der Entwickler diese App entweder überhaupt nicht selbst nutzt und daher keine Ahnung hat was er angerichtet hat oder es ist pure Absicht die Kunden in Stress zu bringen. Wie auch immer, ich gebe dem Entwickler von heute an 30 Tage Zeit diese sinnfreien Änderungen rückgängig zu machen, tut er das nicht lösche ich die App. Schließlich ist das Angebot sehr vielfältig. It worked well enough for what I needed. I just got into the app today to record another audition and discovered the app isn’t free anymore and I can’t record anything unless I sign up for a service. The app crashes constantly, even after updating and rebooting the phone, closing all other apps etc. Hit the record button and sometimes the recording won’t start. Other times it records then the file (and sometimes ALL previous recorded mp3 files) randomly disappears from the list or is truncated, cuts off before the actual record end. Sometimes it appears to be recording and it’s not, or the recorder freezes. I set up a passcode, and sometimes it won’t even enter the numbers I’m tapping. Or it crashes again. Also, where do you save the mp3 files to, other than the phone itself?
