I got this and paid the yearly subscription as I was under the impression it converts MP4 to MP3. Got it for work to be able to change my voice memos into MP3 and it cannot even recognize the voice memo files let alone convert them. I have tried repeatedly to follow their instructions and tried troubleshooting it, all to no avail. Disappointing and not worth the trouble.

Used to use this whenever I needed an audio file but it’s now pay to use the whole app. Except for a three day free “trial” lol.

**Developer response:** You can actually do 3 conversions for free, and then 1 per day - free forever. This includes batch conversions, if you plan ahead you can convert many videos to audio in one conversion for free. I understand it may be disappointing there is a subscription offer for unlimited conversions, but apps are my full time job and it's the only way to keep going. Cheers, Tom

First of all, it said I’d get a free trial of three days. However, I got charged immediately and did not get my money back until today. Even though I reached out to them.
Second, the app is quite buggy.

You’re extremely sad to put a free tool behind a paywall. Downright disgusting actually. If you’re so good a developing, why not develop an app that’s worth the month subscription… no one needs you.

I fine for not being free, but to hand out my credit card just to try it. Nope. There is a lack of transparency in the Apple store. Prices should be up front, not hiding deep somewhere or on an other site.

I tried converting a 36 minute video and the audio export cut out at the 29 minute mark.

I’m going to be as honest as possible.

So whenever I download a mp3 I don’t know where it’s downloaded to. And whenever I share, it crashes, so please fix this! Then I’ll maybe give you 5 stars

Merci c’est simple, rapide et gratuit. Je cherchais simplement à modifier un fichier audio message vocal m4p d’Apple en format mp3 et j’allais supprimer l’app ensuite mais j’ai changé d’avis, je vais garder l’app dans mes utilitaires car ce fut réellement efficace.
