Besides what other users have reported - app not working on WiFi, trying to tie itself to detected mobile network, poorly designed, etc., etc., it now started demanding some “Authentication by mobile operator”, without any further clue how to address the issue. So arriving to a meeting and in a hurry, all of a sudden I can no longer pay by the app and have to decrypt special sms codes to pay for parking. App is all in Lithuanian, fortunately I can generally navigate around as I’ve learned what the key functions are. Refuses to work if you’re connected to Wi-Fi. Stopped working for me this morning and had to ask my partner to start parking for me remotely. An hour later I was able to activate the app but would have had parking tickets many times over if I had only been relying on the app. These fixes aren’t complicated but desperately are needed to make this app more functional. ### 1/5 — Abandoned app *2023-01-04, version 2.3.0* Can not use the app. Still does not work with non LT phone numbers. ### 1/5 — Invalid parking locations shown *2022-12-29, version 2.3.0* Displays even invalid parking locations in Kaunas as valid. It tries to grad it from the network data, and fails miserably if you have a foreign number and you are roaming in Lithuania. Disaster. Doesn’t use English, can’t work with WiFi on???? And doesn’t work with iPhones. If your customer would be able to log into your app and pay using phone number of different country the rating could be higher, I think. At the moment is such a useless thing. You constantly have to redo your pin(I don’t know why???) and then you can’t receive the new pin unless you turn off VPN AND Chat Relay. Why???? This app was downloadable only from Lithuanian App Store, so I couldn’t download it, as my App Store is set on a different region. I’ve decided to write to the developer and I’m so happy to say that they have agreed to publish the app on all EU App Store regions. After I’ve downloaded it and I’m currently using it to pay the parking in the city centre. A big thanks to Erika T. for her work. The PIN that I was using for the last few years. When clicked on “I forgot my PIN” I suppose to receive an sms with nee pin code but I don’t receive the message at all.
