App has not been updated for 4 years so it is not compatible with iPhone 15 or newer

Suddenly my app won’t open. Uninstall and reinstalled. It “validates my credentials “ then it won’t open. No warnings, no way to contact anyone and yes I have paid for upgrades!

App has locked me out saying I’m using it on another device. Now I can’t access any of my passwords unless I pay the monthly fee. I’m more concerned that somebody else has access to my account and is using my passwords. I’ve emailed them for help and no one responds. :(
